I would like to have an integration between Centreon and JIRA.
Centreon is the monitoring tool of my inftratructure.
JIRA + Insight are the workflow for Incident Management + CMDB.
I would like to implement this solution:
1. Centreon Allarm
2. Ticket inside JIRA Service Desk + Asset impacted by the Centreon allarm

Not sure this is still relevant for you guys but if anyone gets here, be aware that we have a Jira provider in our open-ticket module implementation.

If you're more interested in a more automated way, although we do not have an official implementation for Jira, you can consider developping your own stream connector.
