Automatically open a new ticket

Hello,

I need a new ticket to be opened automatically in a project, when in another project a status of a ticket is for ex. "Done".  Please help me to find a good solution, preferably without plugins and add-on.

You cannot do this without using an app (whether you buy one or write your own)

There are a lot of scripting and automation apps in the marketplace, I'd strongly recommend that you get one of them to do it.

I don't think so we can not achieve this without any third party app(add-on). If you wanna try with an app, you can achieve this by using Create on Transition for Jira app. This is only available in the server and datacenter version.
