How Effective is JIRA Mobile App for Ticket Management?

Has anyone used the JIRA mobile app for ticketing and customer support workflows? I'm interested in how well the app handles queues, ticket assignments, and updates to issues.

I've only had testing experience, but I found it relatively decent. It's got the essential features to use it on the go as needed.
