jira sd not created proyect

good morning, a few days ago
I did an update from jira 7.12.2 to 8.5.8. In the same instance I installed jira service desk 4.5.8 but I cannot create projects of type service desk.
I remembered that in 2013 I tried jira service but I discontinued it.
I have an Oracle database.
Do your research and you may not have uninstalled Jira SD well in 2013.
Could you help me remove all records of that installation?

Not sure if you are still having this problem, this is related to the existing Jira SD data on the database. You can refer to JSDSERVER-4732 to solve this problem.
