Hi Steven,

Welcome to the Atlassian Community.

The server id is only used internally by Atlassian and is not connected to your license key, so you do not need to regenerate the keys. Same thing applies if you in the future move to a new server, you can just reuse the same license key.

Hi Mikael,

I did the same thing as Steven: mistakenly generated a Bitbucket license key using a Jira Software server ID. Now I cannot activate Bitbucket. Please see attached:

I understand that the Server ID is not connected to the license key, but the license key I generated is not working and there is no way to regenerate it.

Any suggestions?
