project created will be kanboard board and it contains tickets now wen v create it to scrum board , is there possible to copy all the tickets from thta kanban board to scrum?

Do you need to keep a copy of these Issues in the original Kanban Project? If not, then you can consider creating a new Scrum Project and moving Issues to the new project in bulk change.
Or you can also consider directly modifying the filter of the scrum board and link it to the Issue under the original kanban project.

Bulk clone these Issues, keep the original and move the copied Issues.
