What are the relation between "User" and "Key" columns in Teams (timesheet)

Those new to the Atlassian Community have posted less than three times. Give them a warm welcome!
I have a wrong relation set for one of the members of my team between User and Key columns when listing teams with timesheet view. Key column value corresponds to the wrong user.
Please suggest what are the consequences of the wrong relation between this two columns? Is it possible to fix wrongly assigned value?
