Upload file popup in the Ask a question form

I faced one issue with the Ask a question form

I clicked the icon Camera to uploading the photo

After that, system shows the popup like this:

My question is: How could I close this popup when I don't want to insert any file? I can not click outside to close and I can not see any button to close this popup

It means, I have to upload one picture and then the popup will be closed and I remove the this photo

Maybe, it is more better when I have the popup like this:

The button Cancel is good.

Actually, the mentioned pop-up can be closed by clicking in the Esc key.

That been said, I agree with you that a cancel button would be more intuitive to close the pop-up, so we will bring this suggestion to our design team internally to have a more intuitive way to close it.
