Upgrade server from Jira Core 7.12.1 to Jira Core 8.1.0

I couldn't find the guide after downloading atlassian-jira-core-8.1.0.tar.gz.

Please let me know the upgrade guide from 7.12.1 to 8.1.0

@Minkyu Ha,

As a suggestion for next time.  Since Jira Core is included with the Jira Software installer you could save yourself some time and upgrade both at the same time by using the Jira software installer instead.
