Unable to login to Jira Core Server after restoring full backup from Jira Core Cloud

Deleted user June 8, 2019

Hi, I had a Cloud installation with Jira Core and Confluence running. We decided to move to Server. So I exported the two sites into two backup files. During Installation of Jira Core on a Windows Server with Postgresql, I import the backup file. Import finishes without any errors and Jira Core shows Dashboard. Now, I'm unable to logon with the admin credentials I had on the Cloud instance, nor with any other user credentials from the cloud instance. Neither can I send a password reset, since SMTP Setup has not been asked for after import. Tried to run Jira in recovery mode and login with recovery_admin, no avail? Any ideas how else I could recover my admin acces? Thanks in advance!

Hi Thomas,

Have you tried the default login credentials after a Cloud -> Server migration?

username: sysadmin

password: sysadmin
