Recurring Tasks in Jira

Guys, I worked by working cases made in Jira... Someone created a Recurring Task, I received it all days, it has a blank request, and I do not know how to get rid of it...

Can someone help me?

What does this blank request look like? A task? A subscription? Can you take a screenshot to illustrate the specific problem?

It could be a filter subscription or a program on Jira side.
