¿Porqué los observadores (watchers) se muestran como "Former user"?

Cuando añado observadores (watchers) despliego la lista y me los muestra como Former User.

Al intentar seleccionarlos veo que es correcto el usuario, pero me aparece el nombre con el número2, ejemplo: Enrique.Guzman2

Alguien me puede apoyar. Estoy utilizando Jira Cloud

Thank you for getting in touch with Atlassian Community!
I was able to check that there are many users with the number 2 on their usernames, but all those users show as inactive.
Would it be possible to send us a screenshot of how it appears when you search these users?
Is it happening only with Watchers or it also appears when you choose an assignee/reporter?
Were these users originally created on this instance or they were migrated?

There is a bug from 2014 related to this issue that was already closed because we were not able to reproduce, so please, send us more details about the issue and we will try to replicate.
