Jira is not creating a issue when mail sent to the mailbox.

Question

Hi Team,

I am using Comala Workflow plugin in confluence to send mail to the mailbox configured with Jira project.

Comala workflow plugin helps in creating the states for the confluence pages. So when state changed it will hit the mail to defined address.

When I configured my mail id to it, I am getting the mails. But when I used the mailbox and checked mailbox is getting all the mails but Jira is not able to create a issue out of that.

Please help and suggest if it is not possible, what else I can do.

I have checked from my side and still Jira is not able to create an issue out of the mails sent by Comala workflow plugin.

Hi

I've recently found that our dev systems created as from backups of prod were also polling the same email boxes and grabbing some of the incoming emails. Worth a check.
