Jira-URL and Username for Outlook Integration Plugin

Apologies if not in right forum for support -

I have tried to implement an Outlook integration for Jira plugin.

The plugin requests:

Jira-URL: https://example.atlassian.net

Jira Username:  xample@xample.com

Jira Password:  password for above.

But I still cannot successfully connect.  Is there a different url/ip available for cloud users?

No, the urls for Cloud are built the same way the server ones are, so all you need for "jira url" is the base-url of the install, as you've used the example there.

The next step is to look at the error messages you're getting on connect.
