JIRA and Zephyr bug?

Every 20 minutes or so, Zephyr disappears from JIRA and testing is no longer possible unless I restart my computer. Where there once was a Test tab there no longer is. I'm not sure this is a common bug people are running into or not.

I've not seen or heard of this before.

When you say "restart your computer" - do you mean the server (Jira) or the client (your browser) end?
