Is there a way to tell who added certain watcher(s) to a jira ticket and when?

I am trying to determine who added certain individuals as a watcher on my jira ticket. I am a jira admin and would like to know if there is a query to get an event log for when a certain user was added to watchers and by whom.

Please advise.
