Is it possible to individually set the default sort order in project home's Issues view

We are using JIRA v7.12.3

The default sort order in a project home "Issues" view is always "Sort by Priority". JIRA does not remember any modification.

Is there a possibility for the default sort order to make changes permanent for each of the logged in user individually?
