Invalid or Missing License

I am receiving this error:

Invalid or Missing License! Please install a valid Xporter License.

Another error is:

Your JSU app license has an error: USER_MISMATCH

I am new to Jira and quite unfamiliar with it. We have just upgraded the license and I just worked out how to update the system to reflect this. Is there anything else I'm supposed to do?
