I want to enable the issue detail popups, but cannot seem to find the method or procedure to do this. As close as I've come is reading this:

You should click on your avatar, then choose Profile and you will see the Lab features.
That'd be nice, but I do not.
Also having this issue - anyone have any info?
It's now under Avatar > Settings at the bottom.
