Import JSON Customer Request Type from server JIRA to Request Type cloud JIRA

Hello,

I try to import a issue with JSON file.
I have custom field : Customer Request Type like this:
"customFieldValues": [
{
"fieldName": "Customer Request Type",
"fieldType": "com.atlassian.servicedesk:vp-origin",
"searcherType": "com.atlassian.servicedesk:vp-origin-searcher",
"value": "flmeditevo/besoin-d'aide"
},

"flmeditevo" ...I don't know what is it.

I try to import in my new Cloud JIRA like this:
"customFieldValues": [
{
"fieldName": "Request Type",
"fieldType": "com.atlassian.servicedesk:vp-origin",
"searcherType": "com.atlassian.servicedesk:vp-origin-searcher",
"value": "Besoin d'aide"
},

but I have this warning :
2017-10-26 07:49:19,421 WARN - Cannot add value [ Besoin d'aide ] to CustomField Request Type in Issue with summary 'BLABLABLA'. Probably value was in incorrect format

I try to export a JSON field since JIRA cloud but is not possible , so I cannot comparre my two fields ...

Could you please help me to resolve this issue ?

thanks in advance.

Hi,

I'm also stuck with this since a couple of days.

I can't figure out how to build a well formed JSON for updating "Customer Request Type" field.

Any help please?

Thanks in advance!
