How to find the Order By list

Why show a message saying there are 302 more fields when there is no way of finding them properly. When I want to find a field and not sure of the name I could spend hours trying all spellings because there seems to be no way of getting a complete list even for each alphabet character (a, b, c).
Please fix. Not happy!

I question this design decision too, the last incarnations of this picker did allow you to play some tricks that would get you there, and the one before worked fine (if you're happy to ignore poor performance when you have too many fields)

There are two solutions.  First, you have a case of "fielditis".  Any Jira install with more than 100 fields should have administrators and owners actively trying to reduce the number down to a usable level.  Second, make the people causing "fielditis" to document their added fields so you can find them.
