Export 1000rows from 13k rows

Hi everyone , i have little question .

I have project X and i need export issues from that project to another .

my JQL : project = X AND issuetype in standardIssueTypes() and key ("X-1")

i have 13k issues and subtaskt .

How to create jql which will do smth like :

scope or resolution between 1-999 , 1000-1999, etc ?
