We have a select list of issue attachments field. This is part of a plugin we no longer use so will lose this functionality soon. We use it to allow users to select attachments on a transition for copying to a new task. We avoid just copying all attachments. Permissions prevent us giving access to original issue via an issue link.
I'd like to build a replacement.
Does anyone have experience of build a field to do this? I've looked into scriptrunner behaviours but I don't think that will work. Looks like its possible to prepopulate a text field list of attachments for info.
Only option looks like trying to build a custom field with SDK but I think that will take some time.
