Create Project Page - Buttons Do Nothing

Those new to the Atlassian Community have posted less than three times. Give them a warm welcome!
I am on Bitbucket cloud - go to create project, fill in form, Create Project causes form reload but nothing else, no errors and project not created. Hit Back button - does nothing also.
Have tried Edge and Chrome. No errors in the console.
