Can i generate an issue from a file list in Confluence?

We have set up a business project for document approval, however how do i link a file for review that is located in a file list in Confluence?

Also can the issue be raised from the file list itself?

On Jira Cloud, it's possible to link a Confluence page to an issue by clicking on "Link page":

Please make sure to link a page that it's not a Home Page because it will show an error due to a bug:

Related to create an issue from a file list, do you mean a list when using the Children Display macro or a simple list on a page?

Both of the options are possible using the new editor.
