Automated Reports for unresolved tickets

Hi,

Would it be possible to enable a weekly report from JIRA on unresolved tickets for a project?

Hi @Sibel Yasar

you can create a filter subscription for that.

Steps you need to take are as following:

  1. Create a search using below query
    1. projec = KEY and resolution is EMPTY
  2. Save it as a filter (e.g. KEY Unresolved items)
  3. Go to the filters Details and create New Subscription:
    1. Zrzut ekranu z 2020-02-18 20-58-55.png
  4. Once a week, on Mondays, at 7:00 a.m. you will get an email notification with all unresolved issues listed.

If you have an admin rights you can run it for more people than yourselve (e.g. user groups or all system users).
