remote link (web links)not displaying in new issue view under issue links

The remote link added by API rest/api/latest/issue/<issueID>/remotelink (web links also )display in issue view under issue links section as attached image (highlighted) but in new issue view those links are missing , Please let me know where it is displaying

This is still a thing. The bug report is JRACLOUD-70211. Just saying, in case this discussion shows up in web search first for someone else.
