Cant delete Jire website and I'm the admin

Hi @Abdulrahman Alnaimi welcome to the Atlassian community.

If you want to delete a site, you must cancel its subscription.

Go to Cog icon > Billing > Manage subscriptions > Cancel subscriptions.
