I'm wondering how other Jira Cloud admins control (or not) workflows and workflow schemes. Do you run a tight ship regarding the ever desired "statuses" in Jira? or let them eat Jira status cake....so to speak 😊
Try and keep your Jira site on as few (well thought out) workflows and workflow schemes as possible? Creating continuity across as many projects as possible. Easy to move content between them. Everyone speaking the same (workflow) language etc.
Create whatever workflow a team desires? Either via "software simplified workflow schemes" custom creations by the Jira admins or Team managed (formally next-gen) projects
