I have export workflow using export workflow.how to import it now and what things will get import only workflow or workflow scheme also

Workflow export and import only covers the workflow. Schemes and the rest of the things that a workflow get involved with are not included.
Even to the point where if a workflow does things with a custom field, the export will refer to it, but not contain any of the config behind it. If you import a workflow with references outside the workflow, you'll need to edit it to make it match up with the target system.
