Reassign a ticket to different people using "Post function" depending upon a field value?

Hello Everyone,

Is it possible to reassign a ticket to diffreent people depending upon a custome field value.

Say for example there is a custom field which tells whether the ticket needs to be handled by the US admin or India admin. And depending upon that the post function of the transsition should reassign it to respective member.

Hello @Deepak Verma you could do that with the Automation module. Trigger could be when an issue is transitioned and you can later filter for that specific transition. Then, with an if condition you evaluate the field value and based on that assign the ticket to someone else
