Any pointers if a Jira ticket is stuck in a certain point of the workflow? I cannot proceed to the next stage of the ticket since the option (in this case approve) does not appear.
This can happen on server when something gets corrupted in one of the two places workflow is held on an issue.
You can fix this by running the integrity checker - it can find and be told to fix these.
