Jira in Construction

I wanted to start a conversation about using Jira in the construction business. I am now running a roofing company and am thinking about using Jira to run some PM. I am not a beginner at Jira so I know I can create some custom templates etc. But will it worth it?

Hi @Nick Weismantel and welcome to the online community!

I think one thing you need to ask is, what value do you think Jira will bring to your PM and what do you wish to accomplish. Jira isn't only for Software development now in days. Although, I haven't seen it used for construction projects, I have seen it used outside of Technology or software development. I have seen Jira used for Recruiting, HR, Marketing, and Event planning. Its very possible to use Jira for any type of project planning.
