Import Issues from CSV Option not available Post UI Change in JIRA Cloud

Buk Change Global Permission also set for the user.

This was working prior to New JIRA UI Change

Same problem here. The help docs don't seem to have been updated for the new UI, so they just describe how to do it the old way which no longer works
