Best setup for UX work

Does anyone use Jira to document tasks for UX work, for example, creating assets, researching/testing ideas with users, creating flow diagrams, prototypes, etc. 

If so, what do you recommend as the best set up in terms of how to configure the card fields, the board, etc. so that the set up is more user friendly for UX tasks.
