Looking after a Jira system is the way most of us learn to become Jira admins.  I would also seek out training and maybe look at getting certification (as the learning for that is a good basis for being an admin)

Getting certification is my dream! But in the very beginning it seems to be impossible! So complicated this area is for me, as my current job is absolutely not connected with IT. By the way I am full of enthusiasm to get into this topic!
