How to remove uploaded patch from the review?

What FeCru version are you running?  The feature I've mentioned is available since FishEye/Crucible version 3.0.0, I can't see how it could not be rendered there

I dont see that cross symbol on my page though.

On the review page click "Edit Details" -> "Add Content" -> "Pre-commit"

You will see screen like this:

where you are presented list of all uploaded patches.  Click the 
 icon on the right to remove particular patch.
