Is there any possibility of entering effort in terms of percentage. Eg. 40% task done out of 100%.
Is it possible to put vertical sub column inside columns.

How to keep structure dynamic, I can create static structure by JQL search issues in double Grid options.

- we can not enter effort in percentage. Standard is week, days, hour, min etc.
Maybe view what you need in time tracking report ?
- The columns in board help us group the similar type of status.. read more here -
