"Create Issue" should infer ticket body from highlighted text

When I am in Confluence and I have a block of text that looks like this:

Heading: project name

• body: details #1
• body: requirements
• body: questions 
• body: irreverent joke

---

If I highlight this text block in Confluence and click Create Issue, then it should choose the heading as the ticket name  and everything below the heading as the ticket description

The desired functionality would be

Summary: Create all-lenders style table for income modeling

Description: 

• should eventually handle income-related default models too

• this will contain all the data we want to use for income modeling across different lenders
