How to manage mobile APP if company IP whitelist is set up? Since the mobile IP is not identifiable, is the mobile app unable to access when the IP allow list is set?

Btw, it depends from the network connected to your mobile devices. If they are connected to other networks you can not define all the possible IPs for them.
