What add-ons to get?

We are moving from cloud to server with Confluence. As a startup we need to do three special things with Confluence that it does not seem to do at this time.

1. We need to have check-in and check -out for editing.
2. We need signature approval and final release where people looking for the page gets only the newest released revision.
3. We need a better Confluence editor so we can do simple things like indent bullets, change the bullets, change the numbering to alpha, change fonts and size, etc.

Need to know what works and what to stay away from.

Please advise.

• For approvals / publishing, I hear Comala Workflows is nice. 
• For check-out feature, Arsenale Lockpoint might work for you.
