Vote Buttons

Is there a way to place a vote button on a page?

Example:

We have a table with Training Topics and we want everyone to vote on which topic is next.

Hi @Kevin McCullor

There isn't a native vote function within Confluence Cloud.

I'd think there are two options here:

  • Jira: List the training topics within a Jira Project - where the vote functionality is built in! Direct users to Jira to vote on their favourite topics, then use the Jira Macro to visualise the issues in the Confluence page, using JQL to order them by most votes > least votes.
  • Apps: Utilise apps for this function - for example Votes for Confluence or Polls for Confluence

Thanks for the advice. I will try these apps out.

Hi @Kevin McCullor ,

With navigate configuration you can place voting button for content. With the help of Votes for Confluence app you will be able to achieve your requirement.
