I have added the a Group and gave required permission under Licensed Users - Groups, however users are still reporting that they are not able to access the Confluence page.
Not sure, where is the problem? Is it users cache?
Appreciate if you could provide the solution to fix this issue.

there is a global permission section in General Configuration. Make sure, that your users have at least a green check on "can use".
Then you have a Space Permission in (General Configuration). This is the default permission setting for all spaces. Make sure your users have the permission "view" at least.
And last but not least, you can override the global space permission for each space individually. If you did nothing configure, you are fine. Else make sure, that your users have at least the permission "view".
