Update Confiform Entry when Jira Issue gets modified

Hello together,

I am not quite sure if this is possible at all but i try to describe my Intention as precise as possible:

I have a ConfiForm Formular which creates a Jira Issue based on the filled in information. (IFTTT macro)

Additionally it creates a subpage in confluence with the information as well (based on a template)

In a third page that I created there is an overview with every so generated jira issue (via TableView)

My problem now is:
I want that if someone changes up anything in the Jira Ticket, the Data gets resynced to the confiform entry (Updates the Entry). Is this possible in any way?

I already implemented that you can update the confluence page and it gets updated in the Issue but the other way round i just cant figure out...

Thanks for the help, Greetings Max

Hi

Changes in Jira is not something what ConfiForms tracks -it can only react on the changes made to records in ConfiForms forms

For integrations with external systems and updating ConfiForms from there you can utilise ConfiForms REST APIs - https://wiki.vertuna.com/display/CONFIFORMS/REST+API
