Unable to upload excel post using edit in office

Hi Community,

We are facing some challenges upload the excel files post editing in office, getting error as below attachment, culdn't find any docs or good online solutions.

That's not what it is saying.  It is telling you that since you downloaded a copy to edit, someone else has changed it and it cannot merge in your new changes.

You'll need to get a new copy with the updates, and put your changes into that.

I tried a document which isn't opened by anybody still the same error

The message means what it says - someone else has edited the attachment and it can't merge the changes.  You'll need to get a new copy with the updates, and put your changes into that.
