Hello,
One of our users found that there were no longer left/right justification options for tables on Confluence pages. For three years, up until this past October, we had relied on that formatting option.
There is no mention of this change in the official changelog:
https://developer.atlassian.com/cloud/confluence/changelog/
As daily users of Confluence Cloud, we need to be made aware of functionality changes (on a regular basis).
Please provide guidance as to how we can all be made aware of significant changes to Confluence in advance. Thank you.
Thanks for the link @Andy Gladstone
(There are many options to choose from on that page. Is there a 'best option' for all user-experience related changes to Confluence?)
@chris.grom if it is what I stated, it was announced a while ago. You can subscribe to updates by changing your settings in https://preferences.atlassian.com/.
All the best!

Hi @Andy Gladstone Thanks for your response. Up until last month our tables could be left justified.
More importantly though, as daily users of Confluence Cloud, we need to be made aware of functionality changes (on a regular basis).
The changelog did not cover the automatic centering of tables. Is there a newsletter we can subscribe to, or a more informative source of regular changes? Thank you, sir.

@chris.grom I don't believe I have seen the option to right or left justify a table on a page for a long time. Is it possible that the pages you are referring to that allowed this activity were created in the legacy editor, and that they have been updated to the new editor experience?
Here is an article that communicates the legacy editor phase out and comparisons of the legacy vs. new editor:

Take a look specifically at the differences in the menu bar - is what you see now what you have always seen?
