Welcome to the Atlassian Community! Assuming that you are looking to get access on Confluence Product on Atlassian Cloud or your company managed Server/DC instance.

Community members might not be able to help you in creating account. You might want to check with your colleagues around to see who are your system's administrators (if you are using server) or organization/site admins (in case of cloud) and contact them to get access. Hope this helps.
