Can someone without a log in subscribe to a feed? We don't have everyone registered yet and we have people that would like to subscribe to some of the blogs. If not is there any other way to have an anonymous user be updated when we change something. Thank you in advance

In a word no. The system has no way to know the email address of an anon user. Confluence requires a user be logged in to subscribe.
