Shortcut link is not redireting to wiki page

Hi,

We are facing an issue and user reported that earlier he uses a website xx.xxx.xxx.com and he was redirect to a wiki page but now its not working. it says -

Page Not Found

The page you were trying to reach could not be found: it may have been renamed or moved to another space, or the name you requested may be incomplete.

can you help me on this

@Shadab Khan I have a few of questions:

What version of Confluence are you using?
Can you clarify the relationship between xx.xxx.xxx.com and wiki page?
What wiki page url is used to redirect from xx.xxx.xxx.com?
Are you able to access the wiki page with above url?
