Trying to resolve this error

After successful upgrade of confluence to 6.2.4, stopped the application and made changest to the "httpd.conf", "ssl.conf" and "server.xml" files accordingly and restarted the application.

Are there other errors in your upgrade or system logs?    

What version did you upgrade from?   Do you still have the working files from that version and compare to what you have now?
